What is Lodge Connect?

Lodge Connect is a multi-lodge Masonic meeting management platform designed specifically for UK Freemasonry. It provides a modern, secure, and easy-to-use system for lodges to manage their meetings, dining arrangements, attendance records, and more — all in one place.

Whether you are a lodge Secretary managing the next regular meeting, a Director of Ceremonies planning the festive board seating, or a visiting brother looking to book a place at a neighbouring lodge, Lodge Connect makes the process straightforward and efficient.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help lodges manage meetings, dining, and attendance efficiently so that officers can spend less time on administration and more time on what matters most — the Craft and the fellowship of the brethren.

We believe that good administration supports good Masonry. By providing lodges with the right tools, we aim to reduce the administrative burden on lodge officers, improve communication between lodges and their members, and make it easier for brethren to attend meetings across multiple lodges and orders.

  • Dining management: Select your menu choices, specify dietary requirements, and pay for dining in advance via card, bank transfer, cash, or cheque
  • Table planning: An interactive drag-and-drop table planner for the Director of Ceremonies to arrange festive board seating according to Masonic protocol
  • Document sharing: Securely distribute summons to all attendees and restrict minutes to lodge members only
  • Attendance and dining reports: Export attendance registers and dining lists as CSV files for lodge records
  • Multi-order support: Manage memberships and bookings across multiple lodges and Masonic orders from a single account
